PETS AND PAINTINGS

My love for animals began at a very young age and the need to capture them on paper or canvas followed not much later.

 

In the past I have worked a lot with pastel but ultimately my most favorite material to work with became oilpaint. The possibilities are endless and the painting is durable.

 

My work is realistic in which the eyes of the animal are always my biggest challenge. Eyes  are the mirror of the soul, and therefore the most important factor for a successful portrait.
